Yeah, I know… I didn’t post yet today…
I know you were all wondering where the hell I had got to. Whether I was lying in a ditch somewhere… (though my email inbox didn’t show any signs of allaya concern, but oh well)…
I am too fucking busy to think of a post so this will be a Non-Post…
I am working my ass off at the office preparing for the International Course on Clinical Epidemiology we’ll be doing in a few weeks. Participants flying in from the US, Italy, Norway, Ireland, England, France and wherever else…
And I am still coughing my lungs out… went to see the doctor this morning and all he could give me, after a 45 minute wait in the waiting room, was a heartfelt “well, yeah… I can hear it’s not entirely right in there, but it’s not that bad that I would give you medication for it… it just needs to subside…“. Subside!? It hasn’t been subsiding for 2.5 weeks, so what the hell makes you think it will anytime soon? He asked me what I thought myself… Hell, asshole, if I knew that I wouldn’t have been there… I replied: “I think I’ve waisted my time and I’ll be off to the office now“.
So that’s what I’m doing right now: working hard and coughing hard…
I’ll probably be around with something more substantial tomorrow…. In the meantime, please visit the week’s bitch: The Tattooed Mama! She’s up there in the top right sidebar…

Can you visit another doctor? I can’t leave much more of a comment because I get all paranoid about coughs now.
