I’m did the last Christmas grocery shopping on Sunday…
We don’t do the whole Santa thing over here in Dutchyland, so there’s no presents to wrap…
I’ve finished all the laundry, ironing and cleaning the house, yesterday…
There’s no cooking for Christmas dinner to do until tomorrow…
No Christmas dinner, the BIL is violently ill…

O . M . F . G !
I don’t know what to do with myself!!!
Is this what people call “down time”? Is this the time that you’re supposed to put your feet up and do something to enjoy yourself? Is this that time that one is supposed to read a book, watch a dvd, or more of that useless relaxation shit? Cuz… it’s been so long… I forgot… and I s.e.r.i.o.u.s.l.y don’t know what to do with myself… right now… I DON’T!!!
Fuck… I think I forgot how to do nothing… It’s freaking me out…

Haha, I get to do nothing… @job!
Yes, I’m ‘working’ today, but no calls yet… it’s gonna be so quiet!
Enjoy doing nothing, could be fun!

You remember I said there was a time and a place for certain comments.
*ahem*
Well, you could always let your fingers do the walking until you have carpal tunnel to warm up for some lucky bloke. I am sure if you wore a belt made of mistletoe, any eligible man would gladly kiss you under it as well.

Naughty gurls don’t get presents anyway.
;)
Merry XXXmas, my friend.

You know I have no problem at all doing nothing! I’m supposed to work today, but the roads are closed from the snowstorm we had so I’m staying home.
Merry Christmas

Check your work mail on your computer, remember all the jerks you had to cope with, remember bitch bag lady.
Okay, feeling better?

You know, after meeting you in person, I can now see why doing “nothing” is so hard for you. I’m having a hard time myself picturing you doing absolutely nothing. It’s just not you! But do yourself a big huge favor. Find a way to enjoy it. Open up a bottle of wine (which is what I’m getting ready to do and it’s only 9:50 a.m.) and put a chick flick on the television and just have fun with NOTHING! C’mon, you can do it! I’m living vicariously through you today! Gotta go to the kitchen now where I will be for the next 7 or so hours

Don’t you have a giant harry butt plug? How can you be bored?
[Reply]
Catalin: I am not enjoying it as I can’t do it… That’s the whole point…
MC: I wish! Kinda hard with The Kid at home though…
D-Man: true true
Merry Christmas to you too!
Nobody: If anyone could teach me to do nothing, it’s you!
FroggyWoogie: Nope, no work mail… Dutchyland has come to a standstil
ThatBitchChick: Good luck girl! My X-Mas dinner plans fell through cuz of the BIL getting the flu and both the Sis and Mom being infected too most probably. I am staying the hell away from them!
JQ: Ehm.. the Giant Avitable Hairy Butt Plug ánd The Kid at home don’t mix, babe… My kid is 10 years old and picks up on shit like that… in my tiny appartment…

It’s like riding a bicycle — you never forget. Just give it an hour or two and you’ll be a pro!
Merry Christmas, sweetie, and enjoy a calm, quiet day. xo

Oh, man… You gotta regain that knowledge, because my favorite thing on the planet is doing nothing!!!!! It rocks.
Sorry about your BIL, though. Eeek! Something he ate?

I kill for quiet time. I’ve been known to finish books in one day. Big ones too.

*nod nod* What RW said! Reading is a great way to pass the time if just zoning out and letting your mind wander isn’t your cuppa tea. I currently have a backlog of 10 books you can borrow if you need one.

Finn: I’ve given it all day and it still is not working out very well…
Poppy: I am trying I am trying!!! BIL has the flu and I am staying far away from that shit still recovering myself and still on Prednison…
RW: Yeah but finishing a book requires to have enough “rest in your ass” to actually sit down and read, and that is just what I ain’t got, babe… I can’t sit down for more than 4 min…
Poppy: Yeah, but I don’t have the peace of mind to do so as a result of usually always being busy… I just can’t. I got plenty of books, magazines and other shit to get thru, I just can’t find the peace to do so… I caaaaaannnnn’ttttt!!!

I told him not to get ill …
