   I thought the Dutch used Mayo on their French fries! Ketchup is the USAs’ weapon of choice on ours!

   No, it’s the brits that use mayo. Good fries don’t need ketchup. Just Lawry’s seasoned salt.

   Buffalodickdy: Dutch do use mayo, but not the nasty sour kind they have in other countries… Blegh

   Eeewwww! I HATE ketchup — but fries and mayo? Yum-o-rama! Too bad I’m on that stupid dietary restriction that includes fried foods. Still, now you have me fantasizing about mayo and fries…

   The first time someone offered me mayo for my french fries (in Germany) I thought they were kidding.

   Then I asked them for ice (for my drink) and they brought me an ice cream……
