Never a dull moment

Published by DutchBitch at 7:20 am under Uncategorized

So on Wednesday they moved Dutchyland’s very own badass mothagansta to the prison hospital in Scheveningen (yeah, pronounce that! I dare ya!). That means no longer extra security measures in the medical center, no more lame gangsta jokes, no Rent-A-Fences in front of the main entrance, no more journalists wandering around… and… no more hot ass cops!!!

Well, maybe it’s for the best… I was getting serious Ass-RSI from wiggling it in front of those hot cops all the time, anyway.

So we?re back to The DutchBitch being the biggest liability of the medical center again. To me being the most dangerous person around. To me being the biggest security risk. I?m glad to have my spot at the top of the list back. I don?t like losing my rating to a crap gangsta whose nickname is “The Nose” (and that’s not because he has such a great sense of smell, it’s because his nose is huge)…

Anyway, never a dull moment though… Yesterday I came into the office only to smell something burning. I saw that the fire doors had been closed overnight. But then, that could’ve also been because of the kazillionth fire security system test. They go on and on and on, every hour of the day, so that would be no suprise. I walked around our offices and all the other offices on our floor (yes, “fortunately”, aside from being management-assistant and head of the secretariat at our department, I was also “crowned” floor coordinator by our division manager *sigh*). I could find nothing out of the ordinary but just to medical-center.jpgmake sure I called Security. I figured those guys were kinda bummed out, as their exciting time with the cops was over, anyway, so I’d call them to the rescue.

Turns out that probably one of the patients 2 floors up from ours felt that -after the badass mothafucka gangsta moving out- the medical center had lost its touch… had lost its excitement… needed a buzz…

So the mothafucka patient, appartently admitted at the Stomach-, Bowel- and Liverdisease department…

s e t - f i r e - t o - h i s - r o o m !!!!!!!!!!

They spent the better part of the night putting out the fire and moving all the patients to another floor. Crap! I might have missed out on some hot firemen, while I was sound asleep at DutchBitch Casa!!! On the other hand: the cops might be back to do some serious CSI… Like I said: Never A Dull Moment in this place…

Thank God It’s Friday! *Yaaawwwwwnnnnnnnn*

Oh boy, if I had a dollar for all the times that I have heard stories like this from my doctor wife, then I would make just about the same amount that she does.

I lost track of you Dutchy, I screwed up and never updated my bloglines and it was only today that I realized that I hadn’t read your blog in quite some time. Now I have it all updated so I’ll be back soon. Cheers!
