We had to do online training and then attend several "lunch and learns" (no kidding we had to use our own free time to learn how to do the upgrade) before our upgrade. Then all the upper level people were freaking out thinking we were going to have days of down time and I think it ended up being less than a few hours. They freak out about everything. We're getting another one in July and then yet another in September. :cuckoo: Glad to hear about TheKid!
