OK… HE got me addicted when he kept flashing his one in my face all the time when he was over here… So I saved some money and tried to find out where I could get it cheapest and then SHE brought it over to Dutchyland for me last Tuesday…

I am hooked… totally… extremely… especially as I found a way to download movies, TVseries and podcasts and stuff (the Dutch iTunes store doesn’t provide those -just music- and the UK and US iTune stores don’t allow non-UK/US citizens to get an account, but I managed to get in there afterall, heh. Nobody keeps out Dah Dutch Bitch, pfffttt)… I’ll be spending the weekend ripping my fav CD’s to put those on my iPod Touch

I figured though that I need a name for it. I am not sure a girl name or a boy name but I am leaning towards a boy name… Oh come on! Something you so much needs a name! It deserves a name! You know… so when I go out and am rushing out the door I can say “Hang on, gotta bring [name] with me”… or “I love [name] to bits” or “[name] really does it for me” or “I was listening to [name] the other day…”

You KNOW I am right!

So umm… can I ask for your assistance in naming my iPod Touch 16G? Please?

Whew! Now I can finally stop haunting your asses for entries, cuz I am kinda done with that by now. I just wanna see who won. So time to put the judges Otilius, Rainy Pete and Penelope to work, who will score the pics. I am not getting into the judging at all. If the scoring runs into a tiebreaker I’ll ask the judges or an impartial 4th person to solve the tiebreaker for me. There’s people close to me that have entered, so I want nothing to do with any decision to avoid any whiff of nepotism.

So yeah, I can’t wait to announce who has won!!! The judges have up to a week to decide on their scoring. I will announce the results as soon as I have them in, I promise.

Happy Hump Day! God, I wish The Guy was here… he’d have the time of his life… Heh…

For once, just this once, a post that is not about me. Well, it is a tad, but not really… Err… What I mean is that I have to do with it, but not as a “main character”… Oh, bloody hell, just read it!

Some of you may know that I’ve been hacking blogsitting for Jill’s blog Doin’ It Dutchie Style… It’s her blog that is all about her soooooon upcoming move to Dutchyland. I’ve been doing so cuz she’s recently moved house with her sister & kids and would not be able to acces internet during the move. Unfortunately, as it turns out now… it does not seem likely that Jill will be up and running, internetwise, even before she boards her plane to Dutchyland on June 23… So that will mean another 2 weeks without internet, adding the total up to 3 weeks…

So I have a request for you… cuz… honestly… Jilly is going INSANE not being able to surf the net, blog, chat, and keep in touch with y’all… It’s a hell of a long winding couple of weeks for her without any internet access…

Here’s where you come in! Though Jill can’t get on line in the conventional way, she dóes have mobile access to Facebook and Twitter. It would be so great if -by way of a surprise- you could get in touch with her thru there. So be a doll and help me keep her spirits up and tide her over until her move by either sending her a message thru the mailbox of her Facebook profile or thru her Twitter profile.
